WHERE is my OGP toon?

Hi, I migrated my account , downloaded the Papaya client and installed. Got the launcher and all, logged into the game but I can't find my old OGP toon ... It asks me to create a new toon... Can anyone help please ?

    Umm...In case you haven't already figured it out... we are ALL starting new toons. The switch had the unfortunate side effect of a game reset.

    Your old toon is gone everything has been reset, a complete wipe
