Start from scratch again? Yes or no
I find it a little logical to do the total reset. as the server already suffered from a few players before, before the server worked only thanks to the few players fond of the title. was it necessary to reset the only ones who kept the populated server? Do you think it's okay to start over again after years?

    Definitely not good to have to start over but its not AS bad knowing everyone else has to do the same but its still BAD

    However my ships items ranks and all that other BS Don't define me. 


    Is CPC Any less CPC without those things ? Ofc not I still act the same talk the same and have the same ideals. The same goes for every Vet or newbie in UWO your ranks levels and ships and money DONT define you ... YOU Define you always remember that

    I was like a lot of people and opposed to the wipe. I dreaded repeating school, building a colony from scratch, and don't even get me started on SB (I had just made r20 a few months before OGP closed up shop). But, after the servers came up and I got back into things, I realized it wasn't so bad. It's kind of like being able to go back and start over, knowing what you know now. I made a lot of mistakes with my old character, and by the time I realized where I went wrong it was too late to fix it. Now, I've got a fresh start and can do things properly.

    I was only playing for 2 years, and I lost a lot of cool stuff, but I thought the opening day of the new server was awesome. So many people playing it was like an event happening everywhere at once. Hopefully the crowd stays for the long term.

    It was a bizarre sight  - all those people in school coats - like a heaving mass of blue beetles.

    Starting from scratch though? Count yourself lucky you weren't on Steam. I've got nothing from founders rewards - just 50k and a Barca.

    I tried steam to multi box, but it sucked worse than my wife's new vacuum cleaner, I think they call it steam because it works like a big steaming pile of dog doo.

    Start over again is no big deal since they gave 200% bonus exp and skill that will enough to speed up your character progress. However, making ducats might be issue for some players especially newbies.

    I got 1,200 fame by completed all beginner schools because I played 3 toons.

    I understand the technical aspect of needing to reset everything, but the blow to my memories and fondness, and specially protected items and ships is what kills it for me. That hurts. A lot. To lose all of that progress. All those years. My ships. One ship in particular I'd kept for all these years as a literal headstone of memory to Joesephis who passed away. A good friend of mine and the ship he created and that I'd preserved is now gone. That really ****ing hurts my heart to lose that.

    Is all started from scratch? And what about the money put in the cash shop items. Nice going for another cash milking scheme !

    It would have made sense for maybe if there was a reset to let players keep their original in game usernames, friends lists. And the ability to keep 2-3 select items from their original inventories.

    I think the wipe could actually do some good. Pretty much all anyone did before was nanban or BRs. Now you might actually see people doing adventure quest chains and dungeon runs and everything else a new players had to solo because everyone else had already done it or had no interest in it.

    Don't get me wrong, the wipe sucks. But complaining isn't gonna change it so might as well look on the bright side. I for one am glad that if want to PvP I won't be as completely outmatched by people with maxed out refined skills and G6 OGs and stuff, I might actually have a chance! :)
