Starting as Adventurer?

Hello! 

I remember that, back in the day, I read somewhere that it was recommended to start as Adventurer due to the Sail Handling skill as "free", and now I'm asking everyone's opinion about this matter. 

Do you recommend this? In general, of course.

    I recommend it, and I also recommend getting the Adventurer's schools out of the way first.  On top of getting Sail Handling early on, you also get access to decently quick ships to get you around to your other schools faster.

    yes, always start as adventurer or it will take you a long time to level up to where you can get sail handling.

    you can start as what you want, but if you want to get sail handling skill early then as adviced begin as  adventurer or after complete the beginner school then choose too adventurer beginner school and after graduation you will get a job card for fisher or helmperson and get the skill ;)
