UWO Version Confirmation Stuck

i have been trying for hours to get into the game and yet i can't get pass the latest version check pop-up i have uninstalled 7 times and download new and reinstalled i have tried compatible options and still nothing and site and forums say game server is up and yet it still times out and says cant reach server so if any one knows how to fix this or get around it please let me know down below is my system information i know its not impressive but it use to play UWO no prob when under OGP care so please help me

Ram: 4.00 GB
System Type: 64-Bit Operating System,x64 based processor
Video: Intergrated Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
GPU Ram: 384 mb

i would like to get back to this game thanks to anyone for help in advanced

    You probably place it on same folder than ogp, i bet the installer not overwrite the files. So try to install in new folder.  Else check your firewall/antivirus if is blocking ports, specifically for the gameguard.

    I would make sure your PC is all up to date. 
    Uninstall the old UWO OGP version if not already.
    Do a full reboot on PC.
    Start game in Admin mode
    double check all usernames and passwords and do not copy paste them in
    Make sure your firewall/antivirus is not blocking it. I had that problem with Avast.
    restart your Modem and Router.
