Alt rules and Account rules

Hi all,

Can someone please explain to me the account rules and alt rules ... i.e. do we need to put alts on a separate account, etc.

I created a second character with my main account, opened a second launcher, but could not log in.

I don't see anything clear anywhere.

    Alts need to be put on separate Papaya account with different email

    Register as many PP accounts as you like, log on with different accounts and create different characters. Be sure you only login 3 characters per IP address.

    So if you have an ADSL, two mobile phones at home, in theory you can log 9 characters with 3 on ADSL, 3 on mobile hotspot 1, and the rest on mobile hotspot 2, as long as their IPs are different.
