cant log in

Had the same issue since the launch and have not been able to in to the game. And still no answer from papaya on the ticket after 2 days......Getting a message (Could not Log in to world due to line congestion or server failure. Continue to wait for response?) made sure that my connection is working properly as it should, and have reinstalled the game a few times without any luck. Any1 from sweden have the game working? or heck scandinavia area?? Really disappointed in the absolute no response on the ticket, sucks big time.

    I fixed this issue after reformatting my hard drive, installing the game, and changing my password so I wouldn't have to copy-paste it into the game. I think the last issue is what was causing the problem, because my alt account wasn't working after reformatting until I changed the password. Hope this helps

    Been having the same issue. I'm in the U.S., and I sent a support ticket out. I'll let you know if I get anything back.
