ID transfer was successful, but all my characters are gone!!

I did the transfer a couple days ago before the relaunch, but now when I log in, I don't see any characters, this is quite frustrating. And it happened to my alt account too.

    Somebody obviously missed the memo. Your characters are gone, all characters are gone. Linking your account simple made you eligible for founders rewards on your new toons. So in short, see you in school! :)

    I did regret that I deleted 2 toons on 2 accounts because it got me panic when I heard Papaya plans to merge 3 accounts into one. I did reorganization inventory and ships by transferred to main account to prevent me from losing 2 accounts.  Unfortunately, it turned out never happen while I lost foundry rewrads for those accounts because of that's what I did lol. Oh well, I still get my rewards from main account.

    All of the characters are gone? People put years and real money into these characters. Someone please say this is not true. I can't access my steam account and ogp account characters.

    What the Hell!!!!! It was promised that characters would be saved.

    If the server is getting wiped, why there be anything left?
    Its like when you format your computer hard drive, you cant just tell the program to leave a certain sector and format the rest..

    Only thing is they said in the announcement all player data and skills and all progress was reset along with the wipe so everyone lost everything
