New account, no gift bundle?!

hello all.

I just created my account today, an hour ago. I just created a character and turns out my gift bundle's empty as a desert. I have no gifts, and it has me worried and quite demotivated...

as far as I know the relaunch festival event thing has been extended for one more week (until oct. 25th), so I honestly don't know why I am having this issue regarding my starting papaya package.

any help regarding this issue would be much appreciated.
