2 accounts - even confirmed by Papaya not accessable

2 of my accounts show errors and are not accessable ...please anyone contact Windstalker about it..or give me a chance to turn in a ticket to support

ALSO i have a problem with another account.. the quest i got is completed but cannot be turned in. Please delete the quest from toon. it cant be abandoned or dropped.

    I was playing with 3 accounts yesterday.. The only problem I had that some times the game froze and I had to shutdown the entire game, basically making it unplayable.

    But I was running 3 accounts for a good hour or so.

    Oh yeah, I did encounter suddenly shutdown or crashed ,so i suspected that I switched to other toon when my toons are about leaving port too haste that caused it crashed or suddenly shut down. basically, you need to wait till your main toon is on sea then switch to 2nd toon to leave and wait till s/he is on sea then hit 3rd one just like 2.

    11 Oct - received email saying OGP would stop on 29 Sep  and re-launch 18 Oct.
    18 Oct - could not log in to Papaya
    19 Oct - Log in to Papaya but could not transfer my 35-50-45 character (with 5 ships and 4 aids etc.)
    20 Oct - Transferred and downloaded new Uncharted Waters
    21 Oct - email from Papaya stating 'You earned a promotion to Beginner' 
    After 5 years and $1000 +  I am NOT starting again  Any tips on how to sort this cluster welcome
