all reasons game losing players(no bad intention :P)

1)Not stream friendly(in hostile waters you dont want everyone know where you are :P)
2)Game is way too slow(wich is intented to be and I love it but for some people its not a good thing)
3)Game is punishing sometimes(especially historical event quest line -_- oh did you not click 1 random guy in the room before you quit? lol travel all the way back to marsaille from france haha-seriusly this needs to get a fix atleast its just a starting moment of game but this frustating new players-)
4)Too much outside source dependent(seriusly this is not so bad thing but not having access to knowladge in game still bad thing)
5)Limited p2w(too early to tell yet but there are rumors spreading allready soo... in the list)

Now I love this game and never spent a dime(wich is not someting to be proud of...) but wanted to write everyting ever bothered me in this game

I don't disagree with much of this, but you have to remember this is a 2005 (ish) game. Some things just didn't exist yet, like streaming, so it isn't and won't be catering to anyone wanting that kind of a game.

The punishing quests... yeah.... I lost count of the number of times I've sailed half way around the world to India and forgotten to click on one NPC in London or somewhere. Or going to a scholar and spending the next hour looking around the coast line to find out I needed to read a book she didn't tell me about.

But... development of this game isn't something we can count on.Even when it was released here in 2010, we were basically getting the hand-me-downs form the Asian server. The actual developer really doesn't do much in the game and the publishers are just there for the cash shop.

Having publishers showing no care to the player base by making the game pay2win is the best way to discourage play activities.

For all those hours of activities to finally achieve an acomplishment only to be matched by a dude who swiped his debt loaded credit card in a tiny instant, it feels terrible.

Having rare ships in a lottery system is a great way to scare of premium players. After spending $400 but did not get what you are after , it feels like vendor deliberately sells to you things you do not need. It makes people mad!

Lol, for me the worst thing is that everything is too slow xD.
All the other things you mention are pretty bearable for me.
