Authentication timed out (1/2) - Error

Dear Support,

I use to play warrock like 6 years ago when it was in Gamersfirst.com and finding it back on internet after being the part of papayaplay, I thought to give it a back. I was very glad to play all was fine but when u enter a game or if you look at the lobby for sometime or in the middle of the game Everytime the error interrupts (Authentication timed out 1/2) 
Kindly help me with this.
My Lappy is Dell Manufacturer
Windows 10 OS
Very good internet connection

    You've the problem with some Windows Firewall or other?
    You play under proxy (if yes, don't use it).
    Try to run the application with "Administrator Privilege".

    Windows firewall is freezed along with my Avast anti virus, i dont use proxy & i have tried running it with Administrator Privilege.
    Still the silly issue exists

    Put the folder: warrockEU into your Avast's exceptions.

    This sounds like a firewall or security issue on your local PC. You will need to add WR to the exceptions page on your firewall or security when playing WR or just disable your anti-virus while playing (not recommended) but this is another work around.
