Founders rewards for facebook account

I have not received any founder reward for my previous facebook ogp account. 
I submitted the SNS request with some info.
I also submitted a ticket for it (#37871) for 5 days but didn't get a response.
Please help thank you.

    Probably not him because I have seen multi- same topics ,so it might be bugged that caused multi topic posts at once.

    I assume someone just hit the approve button not realiseing this player tried to make 200 topics not realising she not approved to post yet.
