My Character is Missing

Bug Report
Hello. i am the old player of UWO, and I played it since UWO still in OGPlanet, but as I know this game already transferred to Papaya Play. But what really bothering me is now my character just gone missing when I first time signing-in from Papaya Play, I remember my character name is Ericki. Also, I remember that I made a purchased to some premium items from OGPlanet for my character. But now, I can't really accept how my hardworking from past has gone now. I hope somebody on Papaya Play can fixing this issue. Btw, I already linked my old OGPlanet to my new Papaya Play account (before this game relaunch). Thanks for any cooperations.

    What Data Will Be Transferred To Papaya Play Through The Transfer Service?

    Unfortunately, your character progress and inventory will not be moved as part of the Transfer Service. The Transfer Service will designate your account as a ‘Founder’ Uncharted Waters account, which will entitle you to Founders Rewards and other special perks following the relaunch on Papaya Play.

    i see. anyway, sorry if i'm sounds like rude for asking questions like this. tbh, i actually more concerned about purchases for premium thing i made while in OGPlanet, so now i would likely to accept it. At least every old players already got their compensations, thanks to Papaya Play. :)

    So you basically start all over. and loose all the ships and stuff you had. that seems wrong
