How long is the turnaround time for a support ticket?

Other then the canned auto-response they received my ticket, I have heard NOTHING! No request for additional info, no suggestions, NOTHING!!

Game downloaded fine, everything appears fine when I start the game, but when I try to login I get:

"Papaya Play ID and/or password you have entered do not match"

I'll refrain from any sarcastic remarks and simply ask? What gives? Do you not want my business?
