I can't log 2 toons together on 1 comp(multi clienting)

Bug Report
When I have 1 account open, I'm unable to get a 2nd account open on the same computer. When I have 1 account open, I click the launcher icon, I get asked if I want to allow changes, click yes, then, nothing. I'd greatly appreciate any help with this, thanks.

    What Data Will Be Transferred To Papaya Play Through The Transfer Service?

    Unfortunately, your character progress and inventory will not be moved as part of the Transfer Service. The Transfer Service will designate your account as a ‘Founder’ Uncharted Waters account, which will entitle you to Founders Rewards and other special perks following the relaunch on Papaya Play.

    Found the solution, click the launcher icon twice, brings up 2 launchers.
