Things forgotten...

I started playing UWO in 2010, and only played one character this whole time. Haven't played much in the past two years, just a little on and off. Now that I'm a noob again, I am having some issues with beginner  things that i've forgotten. When do I get a bank vault? I am level 17/6/1 and have passed beginner/intermediate adventure school. Thought I'd get it with a court rank, but I have a bit over 2000 Fame and have not ranked up yet (online guides all say you need like 800 fame to rank the first time, so I'm not sure what's going on). I thought I'd do trade and mari beginner/int schools before going to Pisa, but iirc you used to get job cards to switch over without doing the plight quests... and I have not gotten any of those from school either. Mostly I'm concerned about getting my bank vault, though. What triggers the aquisition of it? Can't find the answer online anywhere.
