Language share in fleet

Bug Report
I went to Tripoli with my fleet mates and some of them got Arabic skill. However, only me could not share the language even I stood very very close with them. My another them mate, who did not learn Arabic as well, can share the language at the mean while. Therefore I am going to ask if it is bug or not.

    Zoey716, to share any language within the fleeted  any two players, they need to have a common language between them to comprehend.

    EXAMPLE: if char1( with arabic) & char2(without arabic) get fleeted and want to share arabic, then they need to have to atleast one common language (lets say spanish) between them  to share arabic.
