Looking for someone to help me get my Ark Master on track.

I've kinda of been guessing my build and for the most part the misc. is pretty easy to figure out.  What I need help with is which skills to max/leave at 1, and possible card binder tips (wee bit confusing for me).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
