Looking for someone to help me get my Ark Master on track.

I've kinda of been guessing my build and for the most part the misc. is pretty easy to figure out.  What I need help with is which skills to max/leave at 1, and possible card binder tips (wee bit confusing for me).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    ill post my build and binder when i get home. as for binder i mostly make sure my shining/mana cards are balanced but towards 205+ cards shouldnt be an issue( ex i currently have 41/40/41 )

    and along with the CM changes/buffs/nerfs ill have to take a look at my build to see if it is still viable

    Ok so, the build im currently running is This  NOW DO NOTE: the jp version skill simulator isnt updated. so regarding leash, max the hell out of that skill, leash by itself will turn your 1 mils into 8 mils easy.  if you're on latale discord ping me so i can send screen shots. 

    cross cutter isnt worth the dmg and dash is to help keep leash up.
