Server Disconnect Issue

Hello,

I just installed the game and set up my account. When I launch the game and log it says Reconnecting.... This may take up to 5 minutes and then a window pops up and says Server Disconnect. Please help

    I have the same problem , I downloaded game played for like 10 mins then server disconnected I tried to reconnect, restarted computer, restarted game nothing works, my game wont connect at login screen
