how long does the transfer take?

Its been about 45 minutes, I successfully transferred my old OGplanet account, logged into Papaya ID verified email, and now when I log into UWO it tells me the account/password is wrong. Even though I logged into the site with the same info. Is there a transfer wait time? Didnt see anything about it on FAQ.
