Doomed maze main quest.

Hi,
I'm trying to complete the doomed maze main quest - underground prison maps 0/10 ect and having allot of trouble doing so.. i have entered the dungeon on 4 different occasions and comepleted it to find that the quest had not progressed.
If i am doing something wrong, could someone give me a step by step tutorial on this quest?
