How backloged are GMS allready?

Had to file support ticket to Try to transfer account. been at least 4 days allready. I figured I'd at least get a response saying OK we have the into and Will work on it OR we need even more info.. or Sorry your out of luck.

    My OGP account never transferred over and I lost out on the tier 4 pack. I received a confirmation on their page and everything when I put in all my account info, but, nothing. Nothing on the character, inventory or bank. I'm making due just fine in the game, but it's the principle!

    I submitted a ticket and, I shit you not. THIS is the reply I got after 5 days of waiting:

    The UWO Team will be using the relaunch through Papaya Play as an opportunity to revamp many aspects of PvP Battles, including plundered items and Deck Battle frequency, plus a number of other system rebalances. Due to the technical nature of the relaunch, however, we regret to inform you that all existing player progress and items from OGP will unfortunately be lost, and the game world/economy will undergo a complete reset throughout the process.     I had two accounts through Steam both tier 3.

    It took about 10 days for the accounts to be linked. So yeah there is a back log. But they have both come through now - I got the second one cleared yesterday. So be patient.

    I love this game - so I just got on with playing it. I've not used any of the boosts so far - I found I didn't need the boosts to enjoy the game.

    I've not even cashed any cheques yet - but I might start using them soon for city investment.

    7 days now. So getting close to that magic 10 day mark mentioned. tho with weekend coming up likely to take more. whee

    I've submitted my form to transfer Steam account on Oct 9. I never heard back so I sent a helpdesk ticket on Oct 20 to ask if everything was alright. Still no reply to any of those.

    Ok hit the magic 10 day mark, now, Mabye Something will happen soon. and Both sad and glad its not just me, would rather no one have to deal with this.

    Too late, in my opinion. The ones starting with that initial nest egg were able to concentrate entirely on their characters as well as getting the bonus items. Those without, had to quest-grind and scavenge what we could. 

    I think I managed pretty well; after a week of doing that, in addition to the rest of the game, I was able to get close to where I may have been at the start.... but everyone else is long, far, very far, ahead of me by this point. They've r10'd one,maybe even two skills, invested in spice trade days ahead of me, focused on IQs to unlock more and more ports. And, probably most noticeably, leveled many, if not all of their maritime skills... which are next to impossible to level without a hefty bank account to draw from.

    In short, they've been able to take full advantage of the super-speedy exp bonuses Papaya has handed out, while I've still been stuck doing prep work half the time.

    I wonder how many people work at the support department... maybe just one? I am also waiting already for so long for the Founders Rewards. The worst of all is:  not hearing anything ! Feels like being ignored.

    I feel for you mate.

    PP do themselves no favours. 

    Okay it takes time - but all they have to do is to give regular updates. That would diffuse most of the bad feeling.  

    PP please listen to this. Just keep people informed of the progress.

    Sorry for Double Post but up to 12 days on Ticket. since any activity. this is getting flustrating. Its killing any desire I had to want to try to get friends to play with me, as this is pretty crappy service.

    Still waiting for a response to my reply. At this point, it might as well just not come. Any advantage a Founders Pack would have provided is already gone. The head-start those bonus items and money provided, gone. The nest-egg to fall back and rely on while grinding skills like Maritime or Ship Building, gone. 

    I spent 3 days running Adventure quests and finding items to sell, in order to make a smalls savings for myself. By the time I even started to think about trading, Spice traders were already flocking to India and production skills were also blowing by me, with people hitting r10 Casting just days after I was able to get into the game.

    Ok this is seriously annoying. I've had better support from a game with only 2 devs before.  In theeory you have a Team of "more than 2 people" working and you can't even finish tickets?  all I can say is what the heck?  This is a case of you need to spend money to make money, A bit of Good service goes along way.

    Ok, It only took 26 days, BUT finally got it fixed. While I was working eaerlier today got an email and they helped me fix my stuff.
