Reedem AP Reward

Hi, i can't reedem the Gold Key from AP Reward.
When i try to reedem the Reward an error message exit: You have failed to acquire the reward item(s).
How it possible? Can i solve this?

    Have you enough slots into your inventory?
    Yesterday  I reedemed the +35% EXP UP without any problem.

    I've get the Second Crossair from AP Reward but if i try to get the Gold Key i see the error again.

    Tried to get them in the other server?
    Few days ago there was a bug that you were able to buy things in the itemshop (with WRC) only in the second server.

    I can't reedem the Gold Key if enter in NIGHTWATCH server and the fist server (i don't remember the name).

    the same problem for me,next i try and the game tell me that was received, but in the inventory there's nothing and the key disappeared.

    Oh, the website seems to be bugged. When you add images it comes this writing..

    Now it seems to got fixed.
    When you were going to ad an image the "Insert image" function, the image was going to be replaced with a the writing: image
    But now everything works fine again.
