Anyone feels like the Items are a bit EXPENSIVE and TRICKY?

Hello,
Just like the title says, If you don't agree it's just my opinion so please calm, and If you agree say something about it so we can change it together!
I feel like most of the items are a bit tricky and expensive such as the "Premium 30" Costs: 952C
so obviously, you can't buy it with 10$ you will have to pay another 5$ to get it.
And tbh, not many people are playing WarRock atm, so I feel like papaya should decrease the prices at least until WarRock Global becomes famous again.
I've also noticed items cost more than 450 with just a little bit, for example, 490,476, and so on...
you will have to pay another 5$ to get that item If you don't have any Warcash which is sucks.
In WarRock PH, yea I'm talking about it again :) we can learn a lot from.
For Example, Famas only costs 20 there, you can get 20cash from Offgamers for just 0.37$ (Offgamers is a website where you can buy gift cards from) that means Famas is not even close to a half dollar and the game itself so frkin famous +150 rooms daytime.
Finally,
Papaya has made a great progress recently, they added room balancing for new players that means they care that's why I'm typing this topic, they also added couple new Items and they promised us with good improvement with time, don't hate on them guys I know they haven't fixed the big problems yet, but just be hopeful man and type your feedback! make a difference :) this is a community where we all unite together, so what you're waiting for?

But it is true that in F2P games or really any game with their own currency system, the custom currencies are exchangable only in set intervals and the prices for using those custom currencies differ from the exchange rate. For that very idea of being able to trick you into having to spend more or having leftover money.
If items A, B, and C cost 440 custom cash, and it costs $5 for 400 custom cash, then yes you need to pay $10 for getting A, B, or C. After paying $10 you have 800 custom cash. After buying item A, you now have 360 custom cash. That's not enough for anything. So now you spend $5 again, going up to 760 custom cash, just to spend another 440 custom cash on item B, and still have 320 left over.
The next step in this psychological manipulation is that you have that 320 custom cash left over. You know from the $5/400 custom cash that the custom cash would be $4. But there's no way to get the exchange of custom cash to real $. So you feel like you are wasting $4 by not spending it -- you didn't exchange that $4 for any item or game power up.
Would it be more fair to gamers to at least set the $->C and the C-cost intervals to be similar? Yes. Even if it was something like $5 for 400 C, and you can get Item A for 200 C and Item B for 200 C, people won't feel that ripped off.
But it is likely less money for the publisher. Publishers are careful about setting up what will bring them the most money.
