sent a ticket 3 hour's ago about this issue.. log into game type in name etc click server list then get "id is currently being used(92040) I can log into a new nick no problem! anyone else had this issue ? if so any idea on how to fix would be appreciated thank you..

Could just be a server issue, Id wait a little longer, flush your DNS and restart router incase the 'IP' is stuck in game.

nope dns flush done router reboot done. still id being used(92040)absolutely no help from the support team for over 7 hour's now!while all my prem item's etc run out this is an absolute joke of a game! certainly will never pay to play this game again .I am also total legit player! not like most of the high level power level account's that are so obvious to see! and seem to not get delevel or ban! come on sort this broken game out it can be real good game and enjoyable to play without hacker's and glitch's!!! good bye level 52________________________________

You account got stucked into the server, it didn't get banned.

Wait for a reply or wait until your account automatically unstucks.

it did say cannot find character summit . but still stuck and all my items are running out and still no response from this crappy support team what a joke. if this is not fixed today I will be demanding that I am refunded all my money I have paid for this stupid broken dying game!!! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT PAPAYA WHERE THE HELL ARE YOUR ADMINS AND STAFF SEEM'S YOU GET MORE FEED BACK OF IN GAME PLAYERS! Papaya is still hiring new HGMs.

They may get more HGMs so we will have a larger team and that may means more activity.

Yeah this should be something that is only for an hour at most. At this point you would wither need to wait for server maintenance or wait for a reply to your ticket. Try hopping in WR global discord and contacting an admin so they can look at it faster.

hi all. me too have same error. i send ticket but 16 days too no fix. my last login 27 febr.18 -i lose 15 day premium and items. papaya make 2 update but no fix. same mistake. help please.
