What does this mean? Does this mean I will not get all the experience? What is the level cap?

There's a cap on how many levels you can go up in one setting when earning EXP. That there message will pop up to inform you that the ticket your about to use will go over the cap limit, and that only a certain amount of EXP will actually be used, while the rest will be lost. It sucks IMO, but I guess it's a measure so levels cant go up to high too quickly...

What this means for the aide voyage record is that points don't carryover if you go up a level. You get a max of 30,000. If you need 33,000 to move to next level you will only need 3000 after you use one of these. If you use another one at that time, it would only give you the 3,000 you need to hit the next level.
May the winds blow you well

Just want to add this in Aide voyager records are good but don't forget that if you have the ship skill aide cabin you dont gain 30k you gain 36k! This really adds up as using 5 automatically gives you like a free Aide voyager record. Oh and that bonus 6k DOES carry over to the next level! :D
