Shortcut key different from Japanese UWO

I came from UWO in Japan.
If you would like us to hear your opinions, we would like to ask you.
Just like in Japan, you can not set shortcut keys for custom slots to 1234 ... but not F, 1F2, F3, F4 ....?
I am sorry for my poor English

    Allow me to make a somehow more sense full post out of yours. Just to recap your suggestion and make sure I have understood well.

    On the Japanese servers you can use short-keys for some specific functions or skill usage.
    It would be something that could work fine indeed. Beside, so far UWO is played with a minimum of keys so a lot of keys are still unused  such as the 1, 2, 3 & the F-keys,...

    I think Papaya could do a good job by checking out the Asian servers since there are quiet a lot of TRUE game improvements which could boost the game in terms of gameplay, look and feel and player-experience.

    However, you'd have problem with that because Maris server already has shortcut keys by assign them via system->shortcuts.
