Have Yet to Receive Founders Items

Bug Report
Transferred my OG account 2-3 days ago have yet to get my founder items even tho I had a popup tell me to go Bank -> Receive Items on my chat log but nothing was waiting there for me. Also i do have verification my OG account is linked to my Papaya account.

    Similar problem here with my account, logged in with my account for the first time and went on to check the bank didnt receive any founder's rewards.
    Please help

    I'm having a similar issue.  Linked my account last night and still no rewards at the bank.
