1) Does anyone have cache site link?


2) Can anyone remember the requirements for the skill to reduce shipbuilding time by half?

a) College building number e.g.3 star

b) Requirements SB rank 7 ???

c) Credit cost upon use? 10000?

    Ivyro is just sort of down - the main page is blocked, but the pages inside all seem to work. I use:

    and haven't had any problem.

    I believe it's building 2 that will give the sb thesis - assuming they didn't remove it since it was a fairly new addition to this version. From what I can find, it seems the thesis is offered when 1 of 3 skills reaches R7 - sb7, firefighting7 or another one I can't remember.

    gvo.gamedb.info/wiki indicates it takes 3k college credits to apply the half time skill.
