Blocked from accessing graphics hardware

Since we switched from OGP to Papaya, I have been experiencing a problem where the game freezes for a few seconds then gives me a Error saying "Application GVOnline.bin has been blocked from accessing your graphics hardware". I have my firewalls allowing access for this game to work and I know its not my computer as I am a returning player from OGP. Any advice on what to do?
