Unable to log into game client

I figured I'd ask the community while waiting for a support ticket response. (5 days now)

The game client appears to load just fine, however when I attempt to login I get this message:

"Papaya Play ID and/or password you have entered do not match."

Anyone have any constructive ideas or suggestions?
