Graphics Crashing

Hi

I'm having a problem on my laptop. The game freezes every 30 seconds or so as if I 'm hitting a lag spike and frequently I get the following error:

Application GVOnline.bin has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware.

When I get this I'm still logged in and my character is still in game but the screen has crashed. As there is no external way to shut down the game (it is hidden in task manager) I have to restart my machine.

I am running windows 10 with windows defender anti-virus. The firewall has this game set as an exception.

I have dual graphics with the game running in the gaming card and the latest Radeon software.

I am having the same problem. Apparently its a gameguard issue
