Can Papaya PLEASE make a poll and send it as a red message ingame a couple of times BEFORE making changes that affect the entire game/community?
Don't make the same mistakes that OGP did with nerfing piracy and such, it's preferable to see what the MAJORITY of the community wants before making a change like that.
I'm not making this post to change peoples mind or to say what my opinion is or isn't, I just think that a consultation with the community is better to just make changes because a CA suggested it.
The poll would be extremely simple:
a) Leave it as is.
b) Relax the requirements (25/50/75%, whatever PP deems appropiate) - as a point-in-the-middle solution
c) Release permits periodically.
Again, PLEASE ask and listen to the community before making changes!
