Missing Iris Buff

Ever since I made my Agni, IGN Aging, I have yet to get  a daily Iris buff on it, excluding the first I got at character creation. I don't know what kind of bug this is, but it is very annoying and I don't know how to fix it. I am 100% sure I am not getting the buff because every day I change channels a few minutes after reset and dont get a buff.

    Should send a helpdesk ticket if the problem persists.

    Currently having the same problem on my agni character, but my other classes' characters are alright??

    I have the same problem as well. Only missing iris buff on my agni.

    if i heard correctly (hearsay) its not there due to balancing? im assuming otherwise i haven't heard staff announce any fixes to date.

    Where can I send message about problems?
    I have only good experiences, nothing happened to me other than pleasant events. Tolerance and diversity are good ideals. I honestly do not believe in it, buy exalted orbs, if you hear about the offer to buy poe orbs, then let me know, I will buy all cheap exalted orbs (if they will be at the right price).
