Hallo Comm.

Da ich nur Standard antworten bekomme im Support versuche ich es hier.

Bei mir werden nach ca 5min ingame die Acc´s gebannt mein Main und meine 2 zweitaccs alle banned

jetzt hab ich mir aus juckz und gucken nen lvl 1er erstellt und zack in der ersten runde mit 0:4 banned

weiß einer was das is und ob ich meine accs wiederbekomme???

ich bin ratlos aso ja und keine hackz oder sowas an !

Since I only answer standard in the support I try it here.

For me, after about 5min ingame the Acc's banned my main and my 2 zweaccs all banned

now I have me to look created a lvl 1 and bääm in the first round with 0: 4 banned

one knows what is and whether I get my accs?

I am perplexed aso yes and no hackz or sowas at!

    You have to send a ticket and wait for any response. There is no forum support regarding banned accounts.

    Yes what P0wner1180 said there is no account support here on the forums. You need to put a ticket in here: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and await there reply.

    i think, he like me sent a ticket and they say contact EAC.
    And EAC says your account has been banned for good reasons without help with this problem

    I am sure before any action is taken that all of there account related bans are closely analysed, but I could be wrong since I am not a GM, just someone that enjoys helping the community. Unfortunately, they are going to say the same thing as I am, that they wont be able to help you here with any account related issue and that you will need to submit or wait for your ticket to be answered.
