Spaniard, plz invest in Valencia

Its for a skill book shelf  tier1 which everybody needs because its also an ingredient of higher ones.
Plz refrain from investing in other towns/colony till Valencia's dev pt. reaches 50k.

    And also waiting for Bremen's development to get high enough for that town-man's-recipe for that skill bookshelf tier2 to become available, comma splice, I even spent a special investment bond to Bremen, hoping for that skill bookshelf tier2 recipe to show up.

    Haven't checked Lubeck lately to see whether or not there's that skill bookshelf tier3 recipe's yet available yet.  Never mind the tier4/5s in new world territory cities (Pernambuco, etc.), if I rember correctly according to ivyro.

    I obtained tier 4 from Coliseum furniture reward but it became unavailable since last Monday. The coliseum rewards change every week, so probably it will bring back 3 week later.
