LAG NO BLACKSHOT

Hello,
Good afternoon,
I'm having a hard time playing blacksho, the following situations happen: I hit the head shot and my opponent dies after a few seconds, while exchanging a shot with my opponent does not take damage from him.
It's too bad to play like that.
Need help. The following is the configuration of my computer.
8GB of RAM
PROCESSOR: i3 4 NUCLEUS
VIDEO BOARD: GFORCE 2GB
