Lisbon Quest Question

I started the Alvero quest chain in Lisbon the other day.  I think I finished up the iron delivery part, but now Baltazar (sp) does not show up in the Straits of Gibralter.  Is there a way to see just where I am in this quest chain?

    You give the iron to the craftsmen in lisbon and talked again with duke right?

    I thought I did give the iron to the craftsman and I re-hailed the Duke again just to be sure.  No go.  I guess my main question is;Is the progress for this quest chain recorded somewhere I can access in-game?

    Event History. It should be into the Book or the Paper menu up-right in the screen.
    There used to be a guide about this on UWO wiki too, which was pretty understandable and easy to follow.
