Transfer issue (?)

Hello,

I just had an issue with transferring my acct from gpotato to papaya, I don't know if anyone else has had this. But I don't see any way how my account transferred over; I lost all my characters and items; so I'm pretty speechless because all my efforts (for years now) have been erased.

I did submit a help ticket, but was hoping for a faster way to solve.

    With the launch on the new server all character and inv and everything else we all had was wiped. We all had to start over
