I do not think that Papaya has to give those reasons to anyone. The fact is that it has been deleted. Try to take a look at other packages which are on sale (like the Sarah and Caine Hanbook package) or you can also try to buy other characters for permanent for the same class, like Warrior, Furi, etc).
Nevertheless, I am sure that we will see some of the old packages in game sooner or later, or at least I hope so! :)
Balance is the reason, it was good move to take out the parts from sale..maybe they will nerf characters like they are balancing weapons, I'd say characters are one reason why WR is so empty atm. they made the game too random and more pay2win...
That's most likely right... And hopefully true:) wouldn't you think guys? This game is all about using skill, what's the point in playing in a game where some of the enhancements for example give you a 15% increase in accuracy why would anybody need that!
And 100% I think we should get rid off the mk1s:) when you are playing a map and people are using that weapon you can feel the whole map shake:) surely that can't be good for game play.
I think we should go back towards the basics of this game and its core essence where skill is King:)
I know that the publisher is free to add or remove whatever they want from the Store and the game without further notice, that should be specified on their Terms of Use, I was just curious regarding the reason on that item in specific, and that's why I am asking publicly, My theory is the same as @Killingtime but as long as there is no official notice these are just speculations.
Sadly @goodpinky2017, this game is not about skill, the game is a business and they need to offer something to players in order to make it profitable, and make the investment of buying it from Nexon a good decision. That is why WarRock has microtransactions otherwise the game would be Pay to Play. The servers are not going to be up and running thanks to good players using free to use weapons.
The main reason we delete items from the shop is because we want to have a more wide variety of items that are being used. We understand that as players you would always like to buy the same (most powerful) items. However, as a game it would be more fun if different players would be using different items.
--
Also, what @Killingtime suggests, we try to remove as many items from the item shop which are considered overpowered or unfair for other players and replace them with cooler items, which have more of a cosmetic value rather than a points booster value.
--
If you would like to see items be put back in the store or the other way around (removed from the store because you don't like them) you can always make a forum post about it and we will have a look if we can change the item shop to satisfy everyone's in-game needs.
Thank you for clarify the reason why those items were deleted in an official manner, removing the items is OK, as I said before Papaya is entitled to modify the game as the company pleases, however, your answer generates one question on my side; there are a lot of people including myself that bought those characters in a permanent way in order to keep buying the accessories included, since those items were removed, is Papaya thinking on those players affected by this as well or just a selected group that don't like those specific items?
Now I am stuck with a character that was able to be upgraded with the extra accessories and now just don't. Now I am basically being forced to use real money to buy other skins because Papaya wants more variety on the characters. It doesn't sound fair to me.
In his/her answer I didn't see any content related to compensation to those that are stuck with a skin not being able to be upgraded with the accessories. Maybe I am just slow on my English and I can't find that part, if someone with more language skills than mine can quote the answer to that question on that message, please do.
"we try to remove items from which are considered overpowered or unfair and replace them with cooler items, which have more of a cosmetic value (make you look different) rather than a points booster value (no special / extra stats)."
Thus you should not hope for any compensation since this is a part of their effort to balance the game. Yes, you are stuck on that skin and most likely they will reduce the number of high stats skins and upgrades even more or hopefully remove all extra stats from all available skins.
''is Papaya thinking on those players affected by this as well or just a selected group that don't like those specific items''
The answer is yes, but:
''If you would like to see items be put back in the store or the other way around (removed from the store because you don't like them) you can always make a forum post about it and we will have a look if we can change the item shop to satisfy everyone's in-game needs.''

That effort is affecting me and other players who bought this skin.
It would be like having bought a premium before the migration and deliberately removing the option to buy "premium" weapons with it like a FAMAS that lots of people complain about being overpowered. It would be unfair right? That's how I feel about this change.
I totally understand you, but it simply does not matter if you consider it unfair. Even buying items that are considered "permanent" does not include the right to use them forever. This "permanent" simply says that you will have the item as long as it is part of the game. Those skin add ons were never planed to be permanent and now they got removed. Which of course also could happen to the permanent items. Why?
The publisher is free to have items added, changed or removed from the game. With creating your account you automatically accepted the "Terms of Agreement". These state at 11 c) "VERTIGO has the right at any time with or without reason to change and/or eliminate any aspect(s) of the Services as it sees fit in its sole discretion."
Papaya decided that the game needs to be a little more balanced. Thus they have certain "strong" items removed from the game. And as usual there are people who like it and those who don't. This time you are on the "losing" side. That's plain and simple bad luck.
I already stated that I know that they are free to change anything that they pelases on the game (if you read all my posts you would know that). I know what they decided and why they decided it and that generated the other question asking what is going to happen with my character? am I stuck with it?.
It would be only fair that if they are going to remove all the accessories from a specific character, they should give us the option to select another character in exchange for the one that is now incomplete.
At this point I don't care about the character, I liked it yes, but in my case the losing side is losing money... not a character that I used to like. I just want a character that can be upgraded and that was the reason why I bought it on the first place.
