Bad bans?

My brothers account was blocked for absolutely no reason. I asked around and heard it was a bug? He has never hacked, used bugs or anything like that. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Is it a permanent ban or just for a few days? You can check the ban policy if you want.

    for bans you have to open a ticket on the Papaya Help Desk here: https://support.papayaplay.com/
    You can get banned for the following reasons by the way:
    - hacking
    - cheating
    - overclocking
    - powerleveling
    - promoting hack websites
    - requesting hacks
    - account selling/sharing
    - impersonation GMs
    - special characters in nickname
    - inappropriate nickname
    - staff insulting
    - freekilling
    - insulting or theatening
    - bug using

    The first fives are permanent bannable, the others are gradual (in meaning of time).
