    its a cheap rip i think ya ment to say there, want your plunder from pvp you kind of need too win the melee. pillage orders in pvp get abused way too much. plunder skill coming back to pvp and POs staying pve is probably the best way to keep both sides from crying anymore than the other

    There is a reason why "Seize Cargo" aide skill has been limited to PvE, so the Pillage Orders are... It would kill the PvP activity and discourage players to take part of it. 

    If you want to plunder a player, work on your plunder skill, melee and land battle skills to deserve it. The reason they even released those items are especially meant for PvE to allow you obtaining rare items quicker.
