no more than 3 toons login

I noticed this on the announcement page, so the ? is do I use 3 account or just login  toons from same account on different launcher.

    You can only login one toon from the same account at one time, it's never been possible to have 2 running from the same account. To multi, you have to have multiple accounts. But you would want to do that anyway to get the welcome package for your second or third character.
