safe and hostile waters

In the "Charts" screen shows when the waters are safe, I would like to also be shown the information of the time when they will be safe without going through the map. This would make it so much easier for merchants wishing to go to India, SEA, Caribbean and in the future EAN would be avoided the long journey and a possible surprise of leaving Europe and arriving at the desired place the water be hostile again.

    Those charts shows the safety of the waters in "default" state and not in the current ones. This is to let players know that area's that are hostiles can only be temporary safe except for Black Sea, Canary and North Atlantic Ocean.

    Adding a notify what time they become safe is unfortunate not possible, because this all depends on the activity of the players how many flagships npc/players they sunk or how many pirates and flagless/npc's got sunken. It would been a tedious work to track that :x
