Cannot buy with WRC

Hi all, I am trying to buy an item with WRC but I have received the following error:
"-You must to wait for 15 days before trying again."
then I tried it again and the error change by...
"-You can purchase only one at a time."
I tried logoff and loggin and nothing.
I tried in other server and nothing.
I tried in other PC and nothing.
Ideas? TY
