Pet herbs and Iceflower gear questions

Hello, i was checking these days pet herbs and i noticed that there are nowhere to be found(i saw one being sold for 44m), do i miss something here, i suppose there isnt any supply at all by the gamble boxed etc, so the only thing left is fashion shop and to maintain 20+ pets you are gonna need only for that 36+ euro/dollars per month. Is this how the game will move on from now on? pets play a big role in the game(especially now with the potential and such).
Another question about iceflower coupons, are these here to stay permanently or they are gonna be removed at some point ( i read that the average to get a +10 is around 92 coupons).
