4th job?

So I haven't played in ages, and just got started again a few days ago, so I was just wondering if they've streamlined 4th job, or if it's still the same nightmare that stalled me twice back when OGP was in charge? (I can always sub if that's the case!)

    No work needed for subs. Remember when they took 3 days? Well, now it only takes you 3 seconds. You get to 140, and you get the quest to change.

    As for the 4th job, it is rather easy too! And should only take you about an hour and a half at most to complete.
