WHY ALL GMS ARE AFKING 23/24 HOURS?

Hello dear [GM]s why all of you are afking or off 23/24 hours per day??? what you doing in whole this times???? Who is should must take care or handle the problems and reports in game us as players???
Do your job for what your paid! I am looking for a gm online from like 5 days ago and still no reply!

    they off in game :D and they anwers tickets 3-4 day later and not people anwers our questions
    we always have auto messages.

    but i still see Hackers in game and walking i did send alot videos/SS to them but my hunter get jail for none
    and its 15 day lol :D every1 saying first jail is 3 and 7 next 15 next 30 next perm. XD

    They are mostly online. I guarantee you HOWEVER, they just choose to ignore most of players request/post/tickets that we submit.


    They just don't answer or respond to us -plain and simple, especially here in our forums. They are out there drinking coffee in front of their desk.

    When I co-founded and managed the community of an online gaming company, I was always interacting with players, on both the forums and in-game. The difference between that, though, and this game, is that I had the passion to do that job. For Papaya, they don't want to do that, because they're not paid to do it. It's not in their job description, and they don't care.

    This post best example this company how seriously. First post was november 6.  now november 19. and still no any offical response about it.... but i learn about it you made 1million post no any official response, maybe "GM" a 14 years kids, who daddy work at papaya, and just own a old GM name,
