No Founders NWC yet

Bug Report
I'm just wondering what's going on with this. It is November 7th 5:44 am MST, and there's no Founders NWC in my account yet. Please redress this or have an explanation coming forthwith. Thank you.

    I haven't received any either, but I'm 100% sure that I should at least have the second tier of rewards, as my level for trade was 52, and for the others I can't remember.

    I'm having the same issue. I know for a fact I had reached at least the second tier of rewards (If not higher, as the only level I can remember for certain was Trade at level 52), so I should have received the Founder's NWC as well.
